Vance Crowe - keynote speaker - Wednesday Lunch

 Vance Crowe is a communications strategist that has worked for corporations and international organizations around the world. He has spoken before more than 150,000 people, answering questions about some of the most sophisticated and controversial technologies in the modern age.  Vance helps organizations realize why the general public doesn’t agree with their perspective and offers new ways to communicate effectively, resolve disagreements, and build rapport with critics and stakeholders.

Vance has worked for organizations as varied as the World Bank, Monsanto, the US Peace Corps and even as a deckhand on an ecotourism ship.

 Pam is the Director for Agriculture Research at the Washington Policy Center and a fourth-generation farmer in Eastern Washington. Lewison holds a Master of Science in Agricultural leadership, Education and Communications from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors of Arts from WSU.

As the Managing Director of Leadership Development, Elise sets the strategic direction for the leadership development team at AFBF. Elise joined the WFBF team in 2017 from the Florida Farm Bureau Federation.

Medicare Made Simple:  When you qualify for Medicare you are sent the 130 page book “Medicare & You”. Need help understanding all of the information? Come learn and ask questions about Medicare Supplement plans, Medicare Advantage plans, and Medicare Prescription Drug plans.


 Maureen has been a Farm Bureau member for about 20 years but is a relative newcomer to the insurance world. She first licensed and certified in 2017 and is with the We Speak Medicare agency.

You are Agricultural Statistics – National Agricultural Statistics Service


Chris will discuss the mission, products and programs of USDA/NASS. NASS conducts hundreds of surveys every year and prepares reports covering virtually every aspect of US agriculture. NASS is committed to providing timely, accurate and useful statistics in service to US agriculture.  This workshop will demonstrate ways WFB members can access NASS data for promoting and defending Washington agriculture

Country Financial

The Country Financial team will discuss with WFB members financial planning tips and tool along with retirement.
